The town of Palm Beach has stepped up foreclosures on homeowners with mounting delinquent charges for things like building/code violations, enforcement costs, legal fees, and other such items reduced to a lien against the property. http://www.palmbeachdailynews.com/news/town-steps-up-collections-foreclosing-on-homes-with-1114309.html?cxtype=rss_news&flv=1 It is reported that Palm Beach holds more than a million dollars worth of mounting liens.

If you own property in Florida, are in foreclosure or about to be in foreclosure, or if you have mounting liens being imposed by local government, you should speak with a Florida Foreclosure Defense Attorney. The law distinguishes between homestead exemption which is claimed for tax purposes, and homestead exemption based on permanent residency. The former may not protect you from legal action or foreclose based on a tax lien.

 AVOID FORECLOSURE
stop foreclosure now

Our lawyers understand what it takes to defend a foreclosure action in court. You can let the legal system work for you in the foreclosure. The banks lawyers know that the only easy victory is from those home owners who do not defend themselves.
